The Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Administration (BScIBA) at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) is a qualification that is recognized and respected amongst job recruiters. Students join the IBA programme at RSM from all around the world resulting in a student body with over 80 different nationalities. Although their backgrounds are diverse, RSM students all share one common goal - the desire to gain an in-depth understanding of global business, at a business school that will help them achieve their goals. RSM offers its students extensive international experiences in the form of exchanges and internships, an international student body and course content that is current, relevant, and designed to foster creative and critical thinking.

In a world where the school and the degree you choose play a fundamental role in determining the next stage of your career, the IBA programme at RSM is a powerful credential for young people looking for an advantage in business. It also provides students with the necessary tools to innovate and improve on existing business practices - important skills for the future.

After graduating from the IBA programme, students can specialize in one of 14 pre-experience Master (MSc) programmes. Our MSc graduates have a 96% employment rate and the majority find a job within 3 months after earning their degree. RSM has a Career Service centre, with a broad network of (multinational) companies like Heineken, Shell and Unilever, who will be happy to help you find an internship or a job.
