Medicine

There are 90 places to study medicine at Charles University 3rd Faculty in Prague. Nearly 600 candidates applied last year.

Most students are selected based on performance in the entrance exam but you can apply without taking the exam if you have:

• AAB at A level including biology, chemistry and maths/physics
• 766 in HL biology, chemistry, maths or physics in the International Baccalaureate

These grades must have been achieved recently. Please check with the university to check for the next admission window but currently grades from 2018 or later will be accepted. This is likely to change every year.
